Welcome to Just Bake! Just bake is a small business ran by me, Lucie Hansen, the owner. I am introducing you to your new favorite cookie. We have our OG Chocolate Chip cookie and our seasonal flavor that changes once a month. We make our fresh cookies deliverable to anyone in the Dane County area of Wisconsin. We are expanding to shipping in the US soon. Watch our journey grow and expand!
How it Started
Just Bake started during COVID 19, when we were in lockdown. I was a baking machine! I was baking everything from cookies to cake just to practice. I launched the first version of my business and took emailed orders of cookies and other baked goods. I loved this stage but wanted to make it something more.
December 2025
Fast forward to December of 2025. I was before consistently making birthday desserts for family and friends. I got to the stage when I get very serious. I decided that one of my favorite baked goods was cookies! I went full in and re-launched Just Bake. With a website, more engaging content, and a new burst of energy put into the business, it took off. Within the first couple days of my business being open, I get a very generous order, of 13 dozen cookies. When I launched I was not expecting to make so many cookies in the first week! All my friends and family immediately bought cookies! They all quote ,"These are so good! These are my favorite cookies!". I felt the new surge of energy I needed to get this business going again.
How it's Going
Since December we have done so good! I am so thankful for everyones business, it means a lot. I am always boxing cookie after cookie with a smiling face. This have been going so well that US shipping is going to start very soon. I am so excited to see how this business prospers as it continues. Thank you!
